As the mother of human sciences, the College of Arts in any university reflects the institution's culture and the intersection of scientific and human innovation and contributes to developing the community awareness system, strengthening the value role in life and inventing new concepts commensurate with the scale of global growth to construct a productive society based on a sober culture.

Our college was founded in 2004 with three departments, the Arabic language, the Department of Sociology and Archeology, and then the Department of Media was founded in 2017 to make a total of four departments with diverse specialisations and knowledge that meet a variety of societal needs and labour market gaps. Through the establishment of an intelligent hall and two competent laboratories for e-learning and electronic exams and employing these modern technologies as a practical aspect of our scientific departments, the qualified laboratory was utilised in acoustic and linguistic studies, as well as the analysis of archaeological excavation results in the Department of Archaeology.
